Making banners. Any easy soft to do it?

Hi, masters! What is the easiest soft for making banners? Im just starting to explore it, so could you help me with that? Thanks for time!

It's not worth the time - a good designer can convert. You, probably, can't.

I use Adobe ImageReady when I need to make banners. Or I just use a pro to save me some time.

We need to make quick messages. jpg or animated giffs. some times do not want to wait or depend on designers. and want to send message quick in nice way. banner is best

Load up Paint Shop Pro, use a 'generator' path for the silly random graphics, stick a kitty and a puppy in it, and type the text.

Then pull the tractor-feed lines off the sides, reinforce the tear-strips with tape, and hang it on the wall.
