Oh my lord-that is SOOOO cute what you built for your cats.
But does it actually work? They don't all try to steal from the bottom? They all just jump to their level? They all have memorized their level they get to eat on?

I have had many cats and mine would all try to do some major thievery...
I used to feed them on opposite corners of the room. They would go to their bowl first-devour the food as fast as they could and then run to try to steal other food from other bowls.
