I'm not payin 169 a night for bellagio. Where can I stay close & CHEAP in las vegas ?

I looked up the Bellagio's prices last night and I'm not about to pay 169 a night. I heard that there are some hotels nearby that are real cheap....any suggestions?

Yup Harrah - Its righ next door to the Venetian/Show Floor. In fact, I dont think u can get any closer unless you stay at the Venetian. Like Matty said $55.00 a night. Stayed there last year too. Great value for you $. Better reserve it fast though - when we called last week they were just about full!

Yea. If you are ever on a budget, you can also look at the old downtown places like horseshoe, golden nugget, fremont, the plaza, etc..

Of course, you will need a ride to get to internext. Too far to walk it.

circus circus is also by sahara. Will take you probably 20 minutes or so to walk to internext depending on your speed.

Both Caesars and the LV Hilton are offering good rates.

Sharky 12-05-2002 10:32 AM

Got an email from the venetian the other day. Booked my room at $99 a night from the 5-7 and $200 a night for the 8th and 9th:-)

Much better than the $349/night rates!

playa 12-05-2002 10:35 AM

i booked a spot at harrahs for 49 a night,
it was on expedia

one thing i learned from the las vegas trip is to be close the expo

Stay at Circus Circus.. just a few blocks from
the Venetian and the rooms are 50-60 a night.

We stayed there last year cuz we waited to long to get
decent rooms at the hotel.

Lot's of kids.. but nice none the less.

Dude..It's 3 miles...that is some walking distance

Imperial Palace is right next door to the Venetian. It's a bit old, but what the hell... it's affordable.

Raven 12-05-2002 10:41 AM

Doesn't the Stratosphere offer rooms at like 20 dollars a night?

Rose Travel rocks. Got me a discounted stay at the Venetian. Much better than what the Venetian quoted me.

I've stayed at the Imperial before it was right in the middle of the strip and walking distance to everything. For the amount of time you are going to be in your hotel room I would definetely recommend it.

You can stay at the Ghetto Palace like Evil Chris said...but be prepared for a room that hasn't been updated since the early 60's.

I'm staying at Harrah's for $59/night and it's right next door to the Venetian.

I'll be sitting next to toodamnfli at the blackjack table. :)

Yeah Harrah's is a good choice also... Harrah's or the Imperial Palace are probably your best bets. Just price 'em out and decide. Harrah's is nicer though.

You can always stay where the BIG DOGS Stay..

Motel 6 around the corner...

I think TooDamnFli blocked off the entire top floor.
