Threats continue- re my Bankrupsy.

So I get another text today threatening me.

Regarding your threats of 'outing' me to my trustee, would you like his phone or fax number? I hid nothing from him.

so here's a final warning or I'm outing this piece of human garage and everything he's mooched off me and done to me and others here, yes others here and there's lots of those in personal and business ways.

Drop it.

I've protected you for a long time now.
You know me well enough to KNOW I do NOT give in to threats.
I WILL post all your history if this continues.

I know somehow in your head you might somehow THINK you're innocent in all this, you aren't. In fact you're VERY dirty in a LOT of ways and not just with me and I'll post ALL of it. And just cause you keep trying to tell people different doesn't change that. I know the real truth.

You have two options now.
walk away or deal with EVERYTHING you've ever done publicly here.

that's been done already.

the only people that showed up was Revenue Canada and my parents (they were legal creditors too)

kinda funny actually, they appoint someone to overlook the file, apparently it's usually only ever rev can that shows up. but cause both my parents were there and only one person from rev can they could vote to have my parents overlook the file (2 against 1). They gave it to the CRA rep though, and he's only reviewing it just before release and he might even wave that depending on the trustee's report.

I personally never been a big fan of bringing things of this nature to the boards. I'm also dead against being pushed into a corner.

Hopefully this can be worked out in a civil way as personally there would be noting for either side to gain publicly, or in private. At this point I would imagine you both have made up your minds, and have both lost something behind closed doors, and to me (which is worth 2cents) it should stay that way.

And even if I wasn't bankrupt, that still wouldn't happen, they were 5 months late on rent with a clause that said they loose all at 3 months late.

I'm not going to give in to threats to pay them back.

and even suggesting it like the person is doing is legally very questionable considering I'm bankrupt.
