I have enough of this.

So fucking many refunds / charge backs. I run a co-brand that does sales often, but 70% of all sales/rebills get refunded...

It's all with SE traffic.

That sucks that the refund situation hasn't gotten any better for you. I really thinned out my focus on the neon program after all my chargebacks hit, so I don't have any recent info to gauge the terribleness of the situation.

You should check out the white labels at Video Secrets. I don't know how the WL's are set up at neon, but you can point pretty much every promo tool from VS to your WL. Kinda nice dropping those into your other sites.

One of the new management guys had just made a thread on their board about a new chargeback/refund policy, saying that they should be seeing less of this. I'm guessing the policy isn't helping?
