Trademarking

How do I go about trademarking a url etc? I remember sleazy talking about owning sleazydream etc

anyone point me in the right direction and give me an idea on the costs?

Open up the Yellow Pages and look for an attorney that specializes in Trademark specifically, or if you can't find that, Intellectual Property.
