Question about recruiting male talent
 

Well my Peter North guy is gone but I'm switching genres and feel it'll be a lot easier to find a well endowed guy rather than a big shooter.

Other than craigslist I don't have much experience recruiting reliable male talent. Do the modeling sites work just as well?
I'd like to hear what you guys do and what has worked best for you, it's easier to approach and get responses from guys but there's more bullshit too.

Would appreciate you're wisdom, aspiring producer.

I'm a big shooter, just no where near the chi-town area.

Seriously, is there anyone out there that can help? I'm sure there are a ton of you that have expertise in this field. Hiring straight male talent.

I only recruit on Craigslist, you just have to weed out the flakes, loonies, crazies and killers. Then out of 2 guys, 1 usually never makes it to the second shoot after they realize that fucking girl on camera in front of 3 or 4 fully dressed guys is no fun after all...

Ouch!! Where you live, porn is like fishing in the desert for fish. You wont find any guys worth anything where your at.

There is really nothing i can tell you that will help. your choices are fly in your guys from LA or move to LA or Miami.

There are pluses and minuses to all. its your choice, good luck.

You are making the assumption that being a male talent is easy. Even if he finds a guy that can stay hard a few times, he wont have the skills to open up. You wont see anything with a craigs list guy.
