A few years back the US Senate was having a hearing about SPAM. What they were saying proved that they had no clue of how the Internet works. Seems nothing has changed since then.

He isn't even a Senator anymore.

He was yet another corrupted Republican. He was a senior Senator with a ton of influence and got busted taking bribes.

Hence being former Senator Ted Stevens.
