I need help on virus infected servers
 

How do i clean "iframe huer"virus infected server on shared hosting accts. I have anothe computer i can use that is clean but isnt the "iframe huer" virus just waiting for me on the server when i ftp next

Hi Otter,

first of all, as a precaution, do the following (and do it in this order!):
1. use SFTP
2. change FTP passwords
3. remove iframes
4. re install your machine because it is infected and it will be much more efficient
5. maybe consider to re install your server plan
