Well, I dont want to run a illegal Site.
I just dont want that people can see my name via Whois or somethhing like that.

Hosting is not so important but the domain should have a privacy.

Whois privacy? Most of biggest registrars provide this feature Godaddy, Moniker, Webair...

...and with hosting there is no problem about it because your info is visible only for hosting company.

The are the worst. Crazy slow and their support completely blows. You will start to see small $2.00 and $5.00 billings every month for shit you are not using and the private domain is actually set up through a different company so it really isn't that private.

Name.com work and their domains are $7.95 free private reg. and free google tool set up automatically for you if you like.
