would it be a big deal if a client requested a washable tattoo be put on the female model before the photo shoot so it shows up in the photo shoot?

would that cost extra?
would all models do it?

we did it before - with some kind of airbrush pistol

no model complained, does not cost extra. but: you are more or less limited to tribal tattoos in one color (usually black)

No problem. If it's only for the shoot you can use a transfer patch.

The problem might be getting the right design then you need to ge MaDaltons route.
