Ok, I got a chargeback and I checked his gmail account and the password worked.....I see the acceptance email that wasn't even opened....But here's the kicker...It seemed that he was PREVIOUSLY trying to buy before and his card was DECLINED....So he contacted ccbill and complained about it...

Here is the text from the email:

Now His email clearly states that his name ISN'T Phillip..And I don't know why in the hell a UK card from a dude in Northern Cyprus would work but apprently it did because he used the card later and then charged back a month later...

Is there a way that I can set my account up to where if he is declined for this reason, he is ETERNALLY blocked?
