Uh well if you accept movies, the Thing remake in the 80s is a lot better than the black and white one, though it had it's charm.

Remake: Ladytron - Oops, Oh My - PUNK remake extra on a compilation album they made (and Ladytron does techno/Depeche Mode type goth stuff, not punk). Relatively unknown gem from a hugely underrated group. Makes the original sound like more of a punchless annoying piece of shit song than it already was. |
