Depends. Usually if the video is short, or not really that entertaining, the view is left at default. If it's a really good video, it's full-screened.

if my friends are gathered around i do full screen.. myself.. i leave it as is.

This, or if I have someone else watching, I'll full screen it.

While on my desktop, I don't full screen it because if i click on my other monitor, it minimizes it again which is completely pointless.
