Have you ever written a Karma list?
 

Inspired by this thread http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=918065 and the show "MY NAME IS EARL", I want to ask, have you ever written down a karma list?

I guess it's a list of people you've hurt and why and what you can do to make amends...
