its a hard contactlens, its way in the outside corner of my eye where i cant even see it, but i know its there cause i feel it.... never had this so bad before, usually i can see it and easily push it back. But not now.... so how do i fix this?

just remove your eye

Chariott 07-26-2009 06:42 AM

go to a doctor and they figure out and remove it if you have it

Get in the mirror.. and look the absolute opposite direction.. and you should be able to see a sliver...

But before you do that..close your eyes and move them around rapidly.. to see if you can pull it out yourself.... be sure to flush your eyes with saline first..
:(

Ouch sounds painful.

look in the opposit direction ->
lift your eyelid in the area it dissapeared ->
look straight ahead ->
let go of the eyelid ->

repeate it a few times.

it happens to me sometimes if I fall on the bike, because you squeese the eyelids together on inpact

yes, because it can damage the optical nerver if it goes all the way to the back

Contacts are evil. Good old fashioned glasses is the way to go.

When I was first trying out disposables one ended up on top of my eyeball, behind my eyelid... I was totally freaking out... finally managed to get it out with a lot of pinching of my eyelid and rolling my eyes. I thought I was going to end up in the ER.
