MochiAds is pretty much like Adsense (some of the games actually use adsense as the advert)

So you get certain amount per click.

That one Halfpint posted is selling memberships.

Is it adsense that they cut you a percentage from under their account? Or are you able to input your own adsense codes?

Yes I think if the game is showing adsense you get a certain %

MochiAds has quite a few different options.

Some adverts are for other sites. Some people may create a game and upload it and just collect the adsense revenue and split it with publishers.

And there is traffic sharing. which says:

"MochiAds Traffic Share lets you display your own ad across our network. We'll randomly show your ad in other games based on the traffic you contribute to the system. We only use impressions in the network that would otherwise be unpaid"

So plenty of options

with mochiads you get 10% of earnings.
the ads are primarily for developers to earn revenue on top of sponsorhips etc.
the main feature for publishers is the games and the mochi bridge (score submission system good for FB/Arcade Communities)

Just to name a few, you will make more from bigfish in my experience. But not if you only add the online game versions.
Your better off offering the PC/Mac game downloads as if they convert to a paid customer you earn a %.

The big buzz atm in flash gaming is for microtransactions which places like mochi are trialing in high spec games.
Eventually the publisher will get a cut of this revenue once it is out of beta sorta like a referral fee.

Oh and traffic share on mochiads is for Developers, not publishers. But that traffic is basically unsold traffic in the system like china etc where they have no ad revenue coming from.
