As much as I like Mike Vallely, those 4 guys took him and Bam Margera to court over that whole scene afew years later when they found out it was featured in CKY3. It apparently was more a case of Mike V jumping 4 random guys who weren't expecting a fight at all outside a convenience store. Kind of a punk chump move in itself.... :2 cents:
