The simple answer as to why there is little/no such content is that it is too specific.

I can possibly shoot a custom scene for him, but it won't be cheap, otherwise if we wants to kick in for a non-exclusive scene, I could do that.

In my particular case, I rarely shoot anal scenes for my own sites. Likewise, I generally shoot with shoes on since it sells better for the type of sites I operate.

BTW, he specifies "RCA must last more than 10 seconds". What does RCA mean?
