So looks like it's going to be a girl...
 

I haven't posted anything about this since I mentioned my wife was pregnant.

But I can't keep it in any longer, I am so happy, and excited, and CANNOT WAIT.

Cherry and I are having a girl, just a couple months left now!

My spare time may be wittled down to nothing, but I am really looking forward to this next stage of my life!

Thank you! I was very nervous at first, I guess as all men are their first time around... but now, every single day I think about her and look forward to meeting her, and finally holding her and then reading books to her and so on and so on and so on....

I don't think I can even type fast enough to relay my eagerness and excitement!!!

who would've though, old Fletch not only waited until married but actually planned the pregnancy. Considering many people are accidents, I am glad that in my life,... I was able to not only plan for the coming of my child, but do so only after having established a long lasting relationship with my partner (we've been together for over 10 years) and provide her with two parents who work from home and did not create her by accident and be unprepared.

I walked so long in the shadows, drunk, depressed, lost.... now here I am with a road before me, that I am walking down willingly and free of my past burdens.

I know I've felt happiness before, But I do not think I've ever felt this type of happiness in my life. It's overcome me, intoxicating me. Thank you too.

Sound like you are ready, BUT , its something totally new for you, your life will totally change after she's born. Ask me, mine did, I have 3 girls:thumbsup:thumbsup

Congrats.... you will have one of two types of babies...

Type 1: Will be like a golden child, quiet, sleeps often, content.
Type 2: Upset, cranky, runny diapers, up at all hours, never happy.

hehe not to mention, the excitement of my mother, as of this year she has gained 2 grand daughters, one this month,..., and after mine comes that makes 3! (both my younger bros have girls)

She jumped up and down and started shouting when I told her its going to be a girl... she was convinced it was going to be a boy, but we've had quite a few ultrasounds and its certainly a girl.

Watching the baby move on DVD in the womb is a trip.

I never was much of a gambler, but in this case, let it ride!!!!

You will NEVER EVER be the same again. Congrats. Your life is about to become meaningful.

It's a girl yay! Now I gotta go girl shopping for you guys. Whats the due date. And yeah you guys have been together for an eternity. So happy for you guys

geez I guess I said "couple of months" when its still 4 away, time is flying!

I would've thought otherwise, but I can already feel changes in me, and yes, what was once a wandering confused person has shifted back towards actually feeling like someone with a purpose.
