Would you promote a site like this? http://www.realteenpictureclub.com/ a lot of these chicks look under age. Would it be bad to post pics and galleries from RTPC to your site/blog?

There's only one or two girls on there that look like they're underage, to me anyways. I've seen that site before and I'm not promoting it though. Interested in seeing other responses.
