This sucks! I noticed the stats page has been down for over a hour and now I'm getting "User Management post error (JPOST)" error emails from ccbill and members not being able to log into their new accounts! https://webadmin.ccbill.com/

not sure which is worse
1 sales pages being down (they aren't)
or like now..
2 sales pages being up but not adding the users to your site when they join :disgust

just wanted to ask that question

yup I emailed them 30-40 mins ago when i got the first jpost error email but haven't heard back about it yet. I normally never bash ccbill cause i love them but when I'm getting new sales and the members can't log in when they just joined it's a bit frustrating.

Yep I Just got the same email. Thought it was strange at first, looked almost fake till i tried to log into the admin..

ccbill doesn't work that good lately :(

you made 19 sales in under 2 hours? it was up at 10 till midnight AZ time and I noticed it first down about 20 after midnight or almost 2 hours ago..

Can't login. Tried an hour ago and couldn't either.

well besides being down these 2 hours ccbill has worked great for me with a record breaking sales week for me last week :thumbsup

Able to login to admin area now

can't view stats for today

yesterday works fine

all works here

50% works here..
I can see stats from yesterday - not from today..
But it still seems like no new sales a being processed

No new sales here and form hit numbers are off

Back up here but stats are off.
Missing some sales at the moment.

Man, ccbill converts like it was 1998...you just have to pick the right sites and can forget all the big sponsors then.

It seems to be back up. I've had a flood of signup emails of the past few minutes and I'm guessing they have occured during the downtime.

Yuck that sucks. Hope they get the problem fixed soon so you can start making money agian!

we were never not making money/sales just the new signups weren't getting working passwords added to our sites.. It seems to be fixed and sales are doing really well this morning too :thumbsup
