whats your fav mexican salsa?
Man... I just tried this green sauce with avocado/cambray onions at this taco restaurant, I just became addictive to that!

I have not found one I didn't like, unless it burnt the livin crap out of me. The mex place down the street has a nice green chili salsa that rocks

Anything with a tomatillo base slays me. Tomatillo + some kind of chile + tomato/onion/cilantro would be delicious.

Store-bought favorite is good old Pace Picante - thick and chunky style. I know its Texan, but its the best outside of a restaurant or home made IMHO.

store salsas are ok, but nothing like the natural made in molcajete (kinda rock/basin)
If you go to a real mexican restaurant ask the waiter to bring you salsa "Pico de Gallo" or Habanero (this last one only for valientes) |
