Recommendations Pls - Video Converters
 

hello.. can someone pls recommend a good video converting software.
avi , wmv.. and so on. that also allows to watermark.
right now, the programs im using are dead slow and they dont compress too well either.
Any recommendation will be appreciated. thanks in advance :)
