Why is when a user is banned, they are able to come back under another nick?
 

Isn't the actual person banned and not just their user name?

An example would be "daizzzy" who is back under the blatant "signbucks"

It's his 3rd nick. He used his first nick to ask for advice to build his first gallery. Then he came back 3 months later and had a review site for affiliates. So in less than 3 months he went from knowing nothing, to being able to review other peoples affiliate programs

They should ban by ip... But there is always a way around that too...

Just ban all the proxies and their IP. I know theres a ton of proxies but just ban em.

You must be kidding .... How many " gfyers " do you think have a static dedicated IP from their service provider ?

Cable/Adsl gives you a " temporary " IP. If you unplug for an hour your IP will be renewed.

Trying to monitor every nic on here is way too time consuming.I'm sure the mods have better shit to do nowadays like staying afloat.TD was one of the rarest as he constantly monitored and knew his shit.
