GoFuckYourself.com - Adult Webmaster Forum - how to deal with SPAM emails?

I love the part about "This e-mail is never sent unsolicited." The email address was captured from my TGP main page which was for submitting galleries. I have never used or submitted this email anywhere. I have only used it to receive gallery submissions.

How do I stop this obvious spam?
