LinkEx or Link Organizer?

Which one is the way to go?

Thank you

Juicy D. Links 07-16-2009 05:29 AM

Manual link swaps , I am not a fan of these scripts tbh

istanboys 07-16-2009 06:00 AM

But I think they can be used in more or less manual mode? I don't want to trade links with just any site but I think these scripts also have advantages, like auto backlink checking, and easily display links on multiple sites?

Rochard 07-16-2009 07:08 AM

Link Organizers by a long shot!

just a punk 07-16-2009 07:10 AM

LinkEX for sure!

FrozenJag 07-16-2009 07:22 AM

LO is the only way to go.

Seriously.

LinkEx is pretty much manual. I think you can set it for no auto-approve.

You can review/edit the links from inside the administrator area. It's great.

Why pay for Link Organizer?

This post makes me sure you have no idea about the features of Links Organizer. It is cheap as fuck and can do way more than LinkEx. This thread is like comparing a Commodore 64 and a Mac :pimp

Mike Semen 07-16-2009 09:10 AM

LO FTW. Can't praise it and Kaktusan enough.

brassmonkey 07-16-2009 09:16 AM

istanboys 07-17-2009 05:51 AM

Okay so Link Organizer seems to be most people's favorite. Is LO easy to use?

wizzart 07-17-2009 06:31 AM

LinkEX is very easy to use, and all what you need

PR_Sebas 07-17-2009 12:41 PM

Just wondering.. silly question perhaps, but is it not possible for webmasters who use LO to trade with webmasters who use linkex? :S

I'm pretty sure you can manually enter your trades in your LinkEx, then use the checker to verify whenever. I haven't used it this way, but I'm pretty sure it's possible, so correct me if I'm wrong.

nico-t 07-26-2009 06:36 AM

i use link organizer, i like it.

kaktusan 07-26-2009 06:38 AM

instaboys, with LO or any other linktrading script you can linktrade with any kind of sites using no matter what scripts.

if you have any specific questions about my script you can shoot :)

HighEnergy 07-26-2009 10:18 AM

Another vote for Link Organizer and all of kaktusan's scripts :thumbsup
In the unlikely event you encounter an issue, from installation to day-to-day use, between his member forum/lounge or direct contact kaktusan will get ya' through it step-by-step.

* Sorry to hear you lost so much $$$ by taking NP points kaktusan

Iron Fist 07-26-2009 10:56 AM

Hmm $97 vs free - that's a tough one.

HomerSimpson 07-26-2009 11:20 AM

depends how many sites do you run...

if you have smaller number of sites LinkEx is just fine,
but if you have lots of sites, LinkEx can be pain in the ass..

If you do Hardlink Trades for real, you with LO. If you do hardlinks trades occassionally, you might choose LinkEX.

d-null 07-26-2009 05:19 PM

Links Organizer hands down, it does the job well and is well worth the hun :2 cents:

natkejs 07-26-2009 05:24 PM

We use Link Organizer for our network of blogs ... works great, lets us manually approve trades but on the other hand automatically disables trades that removed our link.

I like it!

Trade with our Pornstar & Babe blogs/tubes here

seeandsee 07-26-2009 05:43 PM

lo for sure!

HomerSimpson 07-26-2009 06:11 PM

just made an order of LO...
time to kill all those LinkEx installations...

BTW:
what linking method do you use in LO: include or curl?

kaktusan 07-27-2009 03:48 AM

Homer,
for sure use the local includes if the sites displaying the trades are on same server like LO, performace is better. For remote sites, doesn't matter what will you use.

Don't forget to check out the linkex trades exporter tool i have, it will save you a lot of time migrating :)

San 07-27-2009 03:56 AM

Does Links Organizer has a database of webmasters with sites to set up trades with?

SpicyM 07-27-2009 04:20 AM

LinkEX ..its FREE, no registration, very easy, installed in seconds and has all the features needed

SeanLEE 07-27-2009 04:28 AM

Use both.

Its best to incorporate as many seamless traffic schemes as possible.
