I open my mail today and I have a COLLECTION AGENCY trying to collect $627 from Comcast.

I thought great, they have the wrong person so I call them up (yes, I know your never supposed to talk to a collection agency, they are all trash), but indeed they have all my info, including social security number.

I immediately freak and call Comcast. They said it was a mistake on their part and some idiot never reported the cable boxes were returned, but I do have a reciept. They said they will fix it and fax it over to them.

I call the collection agency back and they said its NOT equipment but SERVICES and the fax they sent is worthless. Now they are telling me if I dont pay them $627 by August 6th, they will report to the credit bureaus. Fuck that, I dont owe them shit, so I call back comcast and they said there is nothing they can do besides write them a letter.

WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?!? Comcast fucks up so now I have to pay the bill? No fucking way! No wonder why they have 6" think glass between you and the employees at their local stores.

What they do is illegal. Unless you want them to ruin your economy you better talk to a legal service at once.

Tell the collection agency you want proof of the debt...without that they have no case. If they provide your comcast contract, you provide proof the contract is over.

fuck that shit if they screw up your credit score get a lawyer and sue both their asses for more than they are worth....

If u have proof you don't owe shit and that they are negligent u have the upper paw .. I mean hand.... :)
