Must have excellent traffic, a good reputation, and a proven track record of sales.
Salary to be based on PROOF of exceptional performance in today's environment. (We need to be wowed.)

I have worked for many years as an affiliate on my own and i would never work for an affiliate program for a salary.

I don't think any full time affiliate would apply for this job. I prefer to work when i want, where i want and promote what i want.

This thread is confusing.

Being exceptional or even good at marketing and traffic, why the hell would you go for a 50k+ job? You would be earning many times that already. This thread really doesn't make sense, all you are gonna get for 50k-ish is some dumb ass rep who can't make it as a webmaster.

You can always hire me for a real salary job :)
