The domains are very well priced and offer not only exellent value but also a great investment when you consider that the minimum independant appraisal value given by the worlds largest domain registrar (godaddy) valued each at a minimum of $500 + :thumbsup

Well those are the facts....If any buyer wishes to pay $20 extra l will provide full apprisal details (godaddy) for any of the domains listed ....

EstiBot appraises iPorn.com at $2600, not 470 http://estibot.com/results.php?domain=iPorn.com. It also says Price Considering Traffic 2,000,000.

I know that estibot isn't that reliable. I'm simply pointing out the flaws in appraisal services. A domain is only worth what someone will pay for it. Estibot is a tool, and I just use it as a rough guide. If it says regfee, the domain is more than likely junk or low value. If it says a couple hundred then it's probably a decent name, and if it says a couple grand or more then the domain is probably pretty valuable. I obviously use more than just estibot to value a domain.

You sure godaddy isn't giving you inflated appraisals because of your relationship with them? I would hardly call that independent. :2 cents:

I typed in iporn.com http://estibot.com/results.php?domain=iporn.com and it came up with $470 , simply using a capital P as you did changed the value from $470 to $2600 showing it cannot even be used as a very wild guide or estimate tool.

No im not getting inflated valuations, actually appraisals mean nothing in the domain marketplace its how much a buyer wants to pay ....l simply mentioned it to show the value and pricing of the domains im selling.....

Examples: FreeCamShow I sold for over $1,500 and its appraisal was approx $800 and have sold domains for $50 with valuations of $500.......

The domains selling now will be bargains to some people and overpriced to others ....

Capitalizing the P in Porn separates the keywords. Estibot doesn't always pull all the keywords out of the domain you type, estibot even tells you "For best results, capitalize the keywords For instance: ProfitCash.com "

Even if you don't capitalize the P it still says:
Appraisal considering traffic:
USD 2,000,000

The appraisal of iporn.com is still in the right ballpark if it sold for millions like you said. No automated tool will give you a 100% correct appraisal but neither will a person. It's just a tool to use.
