How many posts needed before I can put links or banners in my sig?

I forget, but I think you are already there

but check the sig rules, the allowed sig size is much smaller than most newbs attempt the first time

You can post a sig as soon as you join I think.

Immediately you can create a sig. 30 posts to add a url to a post.
