Legal Tube Vs. TGP | Thoughts?

For SEO purposes, and of course Search Traffic, what would you build on the daily? A TGP, or a legal tube. Seeing you can fill tubes with FHG content from sponors and most have flv content already for for tubes. Vids would be from 30sec to 2 minutes long.

Seeing that google have been putting TGP sites WAY back running scripts like Smart Thumbs I am leaning towards building a tube a day.. What do you think?

d-null 07-12-2009 11:14 PM

"legal" tubes aren't ranking page 1 like the "illegal" tubes, so either of your choices are a relatively pointless exercise at this stage of the game :1orglaugh

Someone told me that Google is starting to recognize sites based on surfer habits. In other words sites that are getting more traffic are also being given higher SE position. Anyone know if this is true?

Yea I know what you mean.. But you do not have to shoot for the big timer keywords like 'porn' 'free porn' ect..

legal tube with unique descriptions will be better... or, do both and let us know which turns out better for you

Is there a one time fee, or does it cost the same for each and every domain it is put on?

Davy 07-13-2009 01:00 AM

Tube sites are way more popular with the surfers...

HouseHead 07-13-2009 01:03 AM

They do convert their traffic...

Toni 07-13-2009 01:39 AM

TGP = dying

Zorgman 07-13-2009 01:47 AM

Legal tube sites do well with search engines.

First,it's not tgp vs tube,it's mgp vs tube.Tgp shows pictures only and that market will stay untouched as longest there is interest for pictures. And comparing mgp to tube, yes it will be better to build tube. After all same as you skim mgp you can skim tube as well.

oceania 07-13-2009 05:17 AM

that was a decent question
do they convert?
with so much for free will they buy? or do they skim the tube sites (legal or not ) so they dont have to

People says how tube sites convert better then mgp sites.I guess that is because of no skim and more se traffic.

legal tube site = tgp2

start one if you want your site to die
user submitted content is basically the 1 competitive advantage of a tube site
why would you be stupid enough to give that up.

cosis 07-13-2009 08:36 AM

don't expect much from the legal tube :2 cents:

Just in case if you didn't know, there are legal tube sites with long length videos,so they are not really so different from "user submitted"tube sites.

Babaganoosh 07-13-2009 10:38 AM

SEO on a TGP or tube site? That's like putting a nice paint job on a 1977 Ford LTD.

On what phrases? If you're trying to compete with the big illegal tube sites for phrases like "free porn" then yes, you're going to get your ass kicked. Go after long tail, niche specific keywords. Do it with handwritten, original posts on a blog and reap the benefits. I stand by my statement that trying to SEO a tube or tgp is a severe misuse of time.

Those who holding major keywords like porn, free porn, sex etc are there because they buying hard links like crazy.Dont tell me,you never been spammed from yobt, xnxx, keezmovies or pornhub about how they want to buy hardlinks from you?For example pornhub/keezmovies constantly bug me about link exchanges and hardlinks buying. Also keezmovies which is also in top 5 for major keywords, had been mgp before they turned into tube site, and they been at same position before.(now pornhub have better position which is from same owner)I could do everything possible on my sites to do seo,but unless i starting buying hardlinks massively,i wont see never top position on such major keywords.
