So I take Buddy out for his nightly run / my nightly bicycle ride. This includes some off-roading on the trail that goes through this big park down the street.

There is a BMW dealership that butts up against the park, and up on the roof of the showroom is Gavin Rossdale, giving a live concert.

Needless to say, we did a few extra laps around the park to enjoy the music.

Did Buddy pass out now?

He's conscious, but he isn't moving . . . dog is such a lightweight.

Who cares about Rossdale was Gwen anywhere to be seen?

Not from the park, with them up on a roof.

Seems like an odd place to stage a concert.

Was the mall closed?

I stayed an extra night in Las Vegas after the X-Biz Summer Forum closed to catch Gavin Rossdale's show - he played on the stage by the pool at the Hard Rock, and we were like 25 feet from the stage - it was great (it wasn't free, but it was great).

I remember seeing Metallica at a Tower Records here years ago (until the Po Po shut it down)...
