I am wondering if anyone is running a website with iphoneporn in the title ?

I did see one called iphoneporngrid

I am wondering if they are violating a trademark ?

The term iphone porn has nearly as many searches as iphone

Like to know your views on this

The term "iphone" has been used before Apple related it to their cellphone device. In Germany another phone company used the term "iphone" for their product. See www.iphone.de which redirects you to the companies website.

In 2007 Cisco sued Apple for violating their trademark "iphone". This has been settled.

There are some other companies using the name, so I´m not sure if Apple can claim the term "iphone" as their trademark. But they have design rights on their iphone in the US as well as in Europe.

You can buy domain with iphone keyword in it as long as you don't sell cloned chinese iphones i think you are cool ;)
