yes, he actually owns it, but the site contains galleries from July 18th and not the recent ones

who cares about .aero ( is't even rescricted to Airlines, so you couldn't get it )
but the most popular new TLD extensions are .INFO ( about
1 million names registered so far, since last year ) and .BIZ

.INFO was even expected to become a popular domain name extension but Afilias ( the official registry ) seemed no to care about it ( some ppl even claim Afilias was doing everything to prevent it becoming a popular extension - but I don't remember the reasons anymore )
