WTS: $10k Worth of PHP Development
 

I'm in the process of buying a house and I could use some extra cash as a buffer. I'm looking to find a project or multiple projects for around $10k. I require half up front half on delivery (or 1/3s if you prefer and you've got references from someone you've worked with in the past). I will provide references of my own. I usually bill at $150/hr, I'll work at $100/hr for this job. I know that's a very high end price but I deliver the best code you'll find anywhere. I will not be outsourcing any portion to anyone else.

I'll be completely up front, I charge 20 hours worth of time off the top for including a base framework of code I've developed over the past 10 years and the time spent communicating back and forth (I don't bill communication time as a separate line item). That means you'll get 80 solid hours of development time. If you need multiple smaller projects in that time block it's only charged once.

What can I build? Anything you need... Everything I write is scalable to any size, the base framework is currently supporting a system which has over 500,000 unique visitors a day; it's bullet proof.

What can I build in 80 hours on top of my framework? 80 hours is a considerable amount of time for me. I code very quickly from having over 10 years of professional experience. In 80 hours I could build you a complete custom TGP or Blog system that supports multiple deployments on multiple servers all manageable from a single admin panel. There's really no limit to what you can ask for. Just contact me with a description of your project and I'll put a quote together for you.

This will probably be the last time I take freelance work as I'm usually only interested in building out my own projects but my need is your gain.

@elitechris : Do you think new sites make money overnight? I'm that good but I'm not magical, hahaha It takes time to design and build a site, add content, and promote. Especially if you want to do it right.
