Doesn't Joe Brandi of Heat Party Inc own that site? I believe he is the , or was the business partner of The Butcher.

He already tried to sell it here once (and failed) and now he's dragging you down with him. Seems appropriate.

Joe owns swingersspace, yes. There are no partners on it.

To say the least, Joe is a freelance sales, marketing and PR person so his resume is vast. His resume is not for sale here, however I can see how one would think that it's a good indicator to the site's worth. At the same time, the site is profitable as it stands and that is the key point here. If someone wants to walk into a website that already has a user-base, traffic and an income I would say this is a good site to look at.

If you insist on homework being done, then know that Joe and I are friends and I posted this in an effort to assist him. I do not work with or for Joe at the moment. I am employed by www.xLive.com. Helping him sell a website is not dragging anyone down and I find that a strange way of phrasing help.

Back on topic: The site is alive and well, and earning. :winkwink:
