Maybe this explains what happened yesterday when I thought my heart was going to
explode and didn't know why. I had eaten at McDonalds 15 minutes earlier and
evidently that's more fat than I normally eat.

I recently switched to a healthy diet after years of too much fast food. It's like night and day. I lost 30 lbs, have more energy, feel less hungry, and my stamina is way more than it was before.

I know two guys that have had heart attacks after eating Egg McMuffins.

I drink tap water all the time. I don't want my immune system to be a pussy bitch :)

my immune system is tempered in raw shit.. Well, not literally, but you get what I mean. I east and drink whatever I want, I smoke heavily and the list goes on. I don't eat or live healthy at all, but I barely get sick. I do still get sick, but not very often. Headaches is what I deal with, but I've always had those even before I started living unhealthy. Oh and the hell with bottled water.

Funny thing is that when I ate at McDonalds I asked for a cup of water and they
told me I had to buy bottled water. :1orglaugh
