Best way to check for search engine keyword position?
Any easier way to check for one or a list of websites' search engine position for a certain keyword? .... i have searched on google
|
It's complicated, i once wrote a php script that would determine the positions of a website for a certain keywords (only if it's in the first 100 results). But Google doesn't like that and bans the ip for a few days if you use it "excessive" ... only way to get it running for larger results was to run it on a local server with dynamic ip and make a reconnect every few hundred queries.
Another way would be an offline software like IBP (Internet Business Promoter), but that's not a cheap way, guess it's around 500 euro per license |
This is well worth the $99 for me... I've been using it for years.
