Yes, it is much more developed in CZ, actually I am in Prague right now, I've had a couple days of shooting here.
The only thing is that they have developed certain price ranges that I hope will be better in PL.
A lot of shooting days are planned, so the rates are important.

I didn't really understand the last message. If you meant that you paid a lot of money for your footage in Poland then it probably means that you have a good return, which now a days is not as stable as it used to be..., that's why this search for a bargain.

I am still looking for an agency or independent talents in Poland.
