Got into Toronto today and got smacked with the smell of a 3 week garbage strike pile.:Oh crap

Be grateful there isn't an LCBO strike. There would have been riots by now.

Remember the big power outage a few years back. I remember driving by a beer store and they were closed because they couldn't do any transactions. There was a mob of some very angry looking people just hanging around. I think any longer they would have looted the place.

Everywhere you walk now it has that layer of sticky black filth too.

The park next to my house looks more like some kind of meadow the grass (weeds) are getting so long. I am giving my garbage to my brother-in-law who live in a condo, and who has private garbage collection :winkwink:

If Toronto's bad...I wonder what Windsor smells like. They've been on strike much longer.

Windsor is okay garbage wise... long grass in all the public areas though

That's what my brother told me yesterday. He lives there and said downtown, especially, smells like total ass. He lives downtown.

The smell must be unbearable as well as the rat population
