Community/forums, contract girls, affilates & members? How to showcase them all?
 

Ok here is my plan for the website:

Its going to start off as a free community/forum/dicussions with members and me pushing my affiliates & various sex products. (Might as well make it a full service website and have toy affiliates also right?)

From the begining I'm going to be building my free members section of their own pictures & videos, but I'm also going to get my own contract girls going, for various photo shoots, videos, events etc.

So I'm going to have it broken up in 2 differnet links/sections in the navigation bar at the top

Contract girls pictures & videos and then also Members pictures & videos

I want to do this to build up a following for my contract girls & overall website. PunkRockPrincess.com

So how and where would I mix in the affilate girls? Should I have a 3rd section in the navigation bar that takes you just to the affilate girls? (I need to make money some how)

Or some how mix them in through out various pages with all of my other girls? But then that almost defeats the purpose of me show casing MY girls to get a following for them.

While the community is being built from the very begining, I will be putting into motion of filming myself and would also like to announce that I will be having my own exclusive PunkRockPrincess.com videos on their way to the website soon.

At this point when I'm producing my own videos, I would then like to switch it over from a free memebers section to a pay, even for full access to the community.

I am now thinking of starting this venture off a bit differently.

At first I wanted to do affliates and then eventually do my own videos.

Now I think I am going to do more of an adult social community and not worry about producing my own videos. (But still allow my members to submit their own)

I want this to be a pay member site.

There will be the members section for pictures & videos, blogs etc. But then I will also hav my contract girls have a very special kind of setup. So I will have adult content in a couple of different forms.

The forums/communities/discussions/groups will also be extensive.

Others have brought up, "how am I going to entice girls to come get naked for my site"?

Any suggestions? I plan on running as high class of a website as I can.

I will also treat and take care of the girls as best I can... I know thats a big thing to keep girls around, you cant abuse them.

I will also have all models & photographers under contract as freelance so I dont run into any legal issues like SG had with all of their non-compete clauses.

What will allow me to be able to charge my members? (most other websites that are similar do charge a fee ranging from $4-$20, so I would assume people are just conditioned for paying for a site like I'm building?)

There is already plenty of adult social communities. What will make yours different and better than others?

Good question.

I feel that because the website is going to be "new" to the alt community, it will be a bit of a fresh air and something hot & new for the girls to get pumped up about. Some people feel the other websites are just so watered down, a lot of very high quality girls fall through the cracks.

I mean what girl wouldnt want to be a PunkRockPrincess.com girl?

High end will be the quality I will push all of my products too as much as possible.

I will have hot girls on my team to help recruit girls for sure.

Right now I'm just trying to get the website up and running. Once that is up and people can join, most things should start to fall into place at that ponit.

I'm waiting on my webgirl to get back home from vacation so we can start to put it all together.

I'd like to make it a full service site

Interesting news, interviews, HUGE forum for interaction on many different subjects, various media (music, games etc) to keep people entertained. (and many other things that just havent come to light yet)

No doubt it will be an evolving product, but I also feel that as long as enough is given up front, the people will want, and help with the site evolving into many different avenues.

Its not just about naked girls, but that is what will bring them in and make them pay for the site.

I'm thinking of every PRP girl to make an intial profile with a couple of great photo sets and at least a video interview telling/showing the people who they are and what they are down for etc.

Any suggestions you guys have?

If I want to make this a pay site, then what should I allow them to do in the free section?

Just view sample pictures and only have access to a couple of the main message boards?

And then allow the paid members to have access to all photos, videos, forums, discussions, chats, interviews regular updates etc?

What else can I add in either category?

As far as a marketing campaign: (its just in the begining stages, so please bear with me)

But I also plan on creating accounts and marketing on all of the alt websites, blogs, forums etc. There is probably around 15 that I can possibly utilize, join their circles or promote my site from within theirs.

Even still, to do everything that I want to do on mysite, not all 15 fall into the category and I could consider real competition. Probably less than 5 in total, and those are pretty good odds when trying to gain a good sized market share.

All of these avenues will have a business account set up for us to do updates and promote, but also will be a requirement of the girls to help promote the website while they are a PRP. All marketing materials listed above will be paid for and provided by myself.

I have a lot of connections in the alt community and a few cities in general, where there are many bars, coffee shops, clubs and weird places in Cleveland along with Columbus, where I have great connections. And these two are just going to be my jump off cities to get my intial handful of girls for the launch.

This is just a starting point... but honestly with just those two cities, getting enough girls will be easy and then I honestly believe it will just spider web from there. (obviously good management & content will be present to hopefully bring success)

Once things get going, I will be throwing promotion parties in various cities at bars or clubs with my connections (which I have a good amount of). Allowing me to put on a show for people to have fun, meet some of the current girls and then prospect for newbies. I think it will bring in tons of business for the bar and I will offer prizes for the winning girl(s) that will come from he cut from the liqour sales I will request when I set up the party.

Like I said, its not final or official by any means, but I honestly think I'm headed in the right direction.

And wait till you guys see the look my website will have. Its going to be bad ass.
