Any windows server,and for linux you just need to request install of gui and vnc server during os install.Comment

Any ded windows server will. If you're going for a managed Windows server I recommend going with a host who employs a windows guy though. It's not common to find a host here who has on-staff 24/7 Windows engineers. I can assume the one's who do will post below.
