Trying to renew an expired domain with Moniker
 
One of my domains expired with moniker a couple days ago, trying to renew and having all kind of problems. WTF

Anyone have similiar issues here?

I think I know your problem. Click on "Expired Domains" or "Pending Delete" domains. If it is in PD I think you can't just click and select. Make sure to cut and paste the name into the box.

never had a problem. if you're 30 days late you gotta pay redemption but beyond that, no problems at all.

Not sure what is going on, but the lady who answered the support ticket was clueless. When I finally got the domain to renew...it said my cc was no good. Got on the phone with the cc card company they said everything is fine. I even sent them a screen capture...the last email they said they wanted some code or something. I am just going to wait until Monday...to speak to a living person on the phone.

I swear doing anything with Moniker with their website is like a fucking maze, hard to figure out shit, and nothing lets you know if something worked or not. I feel like a beginner to the internet when I have to ask them for help all the time...just because they poorly design their web services.

Just tried to renew again with my cc card...and it failed again. So I just tried with my paypal and it worked for a 4% extra charge. The domain is LittleJapanGirls. com and if it did not renew I was just going to forget about it. Not into the teen niche, but love Japanese Girls. :thumbsup So will keep it for now.

i love racquetball.

i've never had issues with moniker. i have a lot of domains with them.

my partner owns directnic.com - i use them exclusively for important domains because they don't play any kind of games, their system is easy to use etc. they don't try to fuck you through a confusing maze of upsell BS, they don't do the shady shit of other registrars like snatching up good domains you searched for etc.
