I need to replace a freelancer who has been with us for a few years. He handled minor-to-moderate Photoshop design (landing pages, TGP templates, WordPress templates), which frequently included just moving around layers from pre-existing Photoshop projects.

It would also be great if you have some knowledge of WordPress/HTML, though that is a more minor aspect.

We were paying $20/hour for the last guy, paid via Epassporte monthly. $25/hour is my max on this. Spam me with samples.
