I need a webmaster and a little bit of help

So as most of you saw a few months ago i was seeking out a webmaster in order to get my site running properly. Well I got a guy who has a great reputation on here to sign on with us, however he has some personal issues that has prevented him from doing anything but giving a little bit of guidance. Due to lack of information from him and now lack of communication I have no choice but to start looking for another webmaster. However I don't know if it will even be possible to get the same deal I had with him.

Here is the deal, I have my site up SmokieflameXXX.com, we have 3 girls we are working with to film them a solo, g/g site. We are wanting to open up Smokiescash.com an affiliate program based on girls websites. We have an investor who dumped a bit of cash into this to ensure we could film and produce everything on a high end scale. So i am not looking for someone who does the whole 50/50 or 60/40 splits. We need someone who can manage the web and tech end of things so we can make this grow. We are not stopping at just websites either, we are speaking with a few people about making some feature films based around horror xxx. We even have one of the best producers for this type of work on board. We need help making sure these get distributed and marketed to the best of their abilities.

So anyone up for a rewarding challenge? We have 40 scenes banked for my website already, over 5000 photos, and a crappy CMS that our web designer told us we should get in Jan. It is awiz, i cant use it b/c i run macs and its not compatible for me to even keep up with the updates. We are set up with CCBill and can accept Visa.

Right now my number one goal is to get my site earning some sort of revenue so we can upgrade its appearance, CMS, and get a CMS on our affiliate site so we can start getting it to be a real affiliate program with tools.

Please email me if you would like to discuss being part of our team.

I'm confused as to why you can't use Awiz due to being on a Mac?

Good luck on your search. You should mention what kind of pay you are looking to give or what kind of deal you are looking to negotiate. For the right price, you should be able to get somebody. Be sure to do your due diligence.

Hey, you should contact info at pureplatinumcreative dot com. It's a subsidiary of a top notch main stream agency.

Good luck.

Our deal previously was 25% of all generated revenue from online sources, being 90% of all our stuff will be online thats pretty much 25% of everything we make.

As for aWiz, it seems it really only works when you use Internet Explorer, atleast this is the info I was told by the tech guys at aWiz, i can not get it to create thumbnails using Firefox or Safari. So far it has been a great way to waste $600

Hmm... very strange. For aWIZ is absolutely no difference what browser is used. It works in IE, Opera, FF, Safari and all other browsers who actually support HTML. Maybe some kind of other software on your Mac (like maybe firewall or antivirus) blocks browser's popups - it seem to be the most logical explanation of the problem with thumbs generation, and it is explained in the User Manual. Because as you know personally your script has been tested by aWIZ guys many times and it works 100% correct.
