nicely done and some great effects in that banner, what are the tools that were used in putting that together?

just thought it looked pretty good and thinking there must be a utility that does some of the motion bounce text and graphic effects in flash, haven't looked into flash stuff much so curious what the cutting edge tools are that are being used to put together the slick banners like that..... so :bump:
