Who Has Max Hardcore Sponsor Programs?

One of my sponsors recently started a Max Hardcore site and it's converting like crazy for me. So who else has affiliate programs?

Eurorevenue. It seems that they are charging $2 for the first month of membership and then rebilling the next month. Most surfers aren't cancelling so the turnaround is good.
