Need a good free link tracking script? Recommendations?

Been using php junkyard's link tracking script for a while now, but it just doesn't handle any more than 400 or so links before it gets really bogged down. I need a good clicktracking script that can easily handle up to 5000 links. Any recommendations as to good free click tracking scripts out there?
