I checked a site out that said they could bill me direct to my bank account (I'm in the UK, and i think they have the same system setup in other parts of europe).

Why a "non dialer" european billing solution? It's worth it in Europe instead of CC's and stuff... did u have a bad experience?

Why non-dialer and no-creditcard? Europeans also have creditcards.
I think, that there isn't any other way to charge asians, than by dialers.

they are not doing direct processing, but they give service to most cc processing companies out there that charge in foreign currency. they might know what processor works in what territory with what currency

Besides creditcards they accept Direct Debits form Germany and say they will accept directdebit form many other european countries soon.

Visit some Europe & Asian sites and check out their join page. A dialer isn't their first billing choice just so you know.

For germany try www.netdebit.de ... They have the best system, a lot of webmasters and an offline magazine, too. And what else...? They don't charge as much as the other debit systems... Call Germany +2427909570 if you need help.
